Why it exists

Most venues see their P&L a month late. By then the month is gone. The Planner shows it every week, built to the operator's week, not the accountant's year.

Two tools

From the first plan to every week of trading.

01

Business plan

For a new opening or a project

  • ·Concept, seats and opening month

Start from the venue you have in mind.

  • ·Sales by season

Covers times spend per head, set for high, normal and low months.

  • ·Costs, team and rent

Cost of sales, the roster, rent and running costs.

  • ·Investment and payback

Fit-out, funding, ROI, five years and cash flow, if you need them.

When the venue opens, the plan becomes its budget.

02

Trading restaurant

For venues that are open

  • ·Weekly and monthly P&L

Actual against budget, forecast and last year.

  • ·Budget, forecast and manning

Import your budget workbook, or build it with us.

  • ·Health report and P&L score

Profit, commercial, guest, people and operations, scored against your targets.

  • ·Action plan

What to fix next, picked from a library of proven actions.

Each venue enters its own week. Owners see the group side by side.

Confidential

Your numbers stay yours.

Every client's financials are covered by an NDA. Only the people you invite can see your figures, and they are never shared with anyone else.

Owners see every venue. Managers see only their own.

How it works

  1. We set you up

Your venues, your budget from your workbook or built with us, and a login for each manager.

  2. Your managers enter the week

Sales, covers, costs and manning, each week for their own venue.

  3. You act on it

The health report shows what slipped. The action plan sets out what to do about it.

Works with the Re- Academy. Training results sit next to your P&L, so you see the team and the numbers together.

Questions

Does it replace our accountant?

No. Your accounts stay with your accountant. The Planner is for running the venue: it works on the operator's week, so you can act before the month closes.

Can we use it before we open?

Yes. Build the business plan first. When you open, it becomes the venue's budget, so nothing is entered twice.

One venue or a whole group?

Both. Each venue enters its own numbers. Owners see every venue side by side, and managers only see their own.

Who can see our numbers?

Only the people you give access to. Your financials are covered by an NDA and are never shared or compared with other clients.

Do we get support from Re.?

Yes. We set it up with you, and on a Re. engagement we review the numbers with you every week.
